On the main floor, the spacious living room is complete with seating for your entire family. This area is great for streaming your favorite TV shows or for a family movie night after a long day at the beach. A second sitting room can be found on the main floor as well, perfect for early morning cartoons or a quiet place to enjoy a novel after a day in the waves. Also located on the main floor is the kitchen, newly renovated with modern, stainless steel appliances and beautiful quartz counters. With numerous amenities including an ice maker and coffee makers along with a well stocked essentials, the kitchen will ensure that cooking while on vacation is easy and enjoyable. Directly off the kitchen and near the high top counter is the dining room, with seating for up to eight.

This room offers great lighting from the many windows, as well as the perfect amount of shade from the trees surrounding it. The comfortable yet upbeat atmosphere is great for breakfast with the family or a late night barbecue after a long stay on the sand.
This home boasts five bedrooms, with one on the first floor. This room carries on the beachy modern environment, and sports a king sized bed, as well as access to a full bathroom that is additionally available for convenient downstairs use. Upstairs, the spacious master also has a large king sized bed, along with a sitting area and a large TV. This room has access to a private bathroom as well, complete with a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a soaking tub so relaxing that you may never want to leave. Down the hall, the other three bedrooms are the perfect size, the first with a queen bed, and the others with two twin beds each, great for kids.
