Dunescape 102, an oceanfront property in the heart of downtown Isle of Palms, is the perfect beach themed getaway for you and your family. Just a walk away from restaurants, shops, and the beach, this home has it all. The updated condo houses three bedrooms and three baths, and includes spacious kitchen and living areas for the whole family.    This condo also offers front row seating to some of the best concerts on the island at the infamous Windjammer venue. 

Upon arrival at Dunescape 102, an enclosed lot with two designated parking spots are available for your use, as well as an elevator to carry you from your car to your unit. The complex features a large pool, a gas grill perfect for late afternoon barbecuing, and a private walk directly to the beach. A storage unit is available as well to house your beach chairs, toys, and other necessities for your vacation. 

Inside your condo, back porch access direct to the beach through a sliding glass door can be found in the living room. The spacious deck features tables and chairs with seating for ten, great for family dinners and lounging with friends, and displays a full panoramic view of the lowcountry shores. Connected to the deck are stairs leading to the pool, grill, and gate to the beach, allowing for quick trips to and from your umbrella in the sand or your towel by the pool. 

The interior of the condo sports island themed decorations, creatively immersing you in a beachy environment even inside the home. The three spacious bedrooms easily encourage guests to rest and relax after long days by the sea, and all include new mattresses and comfortable bedding. The master bedroom, with a king sized bed and a large walk-in closet, sits at the back of the condo and has a full view of the beach and ocean beyond a set of glass sliding doors. For an even more relaxing stay, the room houses a jacuzzi tub and double vanities in the large ensuite bathroom, as well as a large TV in the bedroom. The second bedroom is also furnished with a king sized bed and TV, while the third bedroom features a queen sized bed. Both rooms have direct access to full bathrooms perfect when preparing for days in the pool, and incorporate the beachy themed decorations to maximize your vacation experience. 

    In the kitchen of your home, the modern granite countertops, as well as the stainless steel appliances, make cooking during your vacation easy and enjoyable. The cabinets are filled with any cutlery, dishware, or utensils necessary for your stay, as well as tools for the grill outside. The kitchen is open to the living room through an open counter that seats four, and is next to a dining table that seats eight, both great for family dinners or casual lunches between trips to the beach.  

Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room with room enough for the entire family. A large sixty inch flat-screen TV across from a set of comfortable chairs and couch is nice for morning cartoons or afternoon football, and the space can be completely opened to the beach views through the set of glass doors nearby. The space is a perfect place to hang out with family and ensures that the time on your vacation spent inside the home is just as enjoyable as the time spent at the beach.
