When booking your vacation rental home with IOP Escapes, we are happy to discuss available golf course options for any golf enthusiasts traveling with you.  Isle of Palms is well known for two courses on the island - Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course and Wild Dunes Links Golf Course.  Both courses are open to the public and each feature a driving range,  chipping area, and putting green.

Wild Dunes Links holds a special place for famed Golf Course Architect, Tom Fazio, as it was his first course he designed, and still reigns among his favorites!  A notable feat- considering he has designed over 200 courses- 46 of which have been ranked in Golf Digest’s Top 200 courses.)

Wild Dunes Links golf course invites you to savor the salty air, listen to the rustling palms, and finish your round overlooking the Atlantic.

Additionally, Tom Fazio designed the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course.  Well known for its varied and gorgeous water views, and perhaps more difficult nature, the Wild Dunes Harbor course invites you to hone in on your golf skills while enjoying the scenery.  Take a day away from the ocean to appreciate the peaceful lagoons, salt marshes, and horticulture that South Carolina low country has to offer.  Quiet moments on the golf course provides the opportunity to view wildlife and bird watch.  Of course- both courses warn golfers to never retrieve golf balls from ponds- as Alligators call this area home!
