The kitchen and living area have 25-foot vaulted ceilings that add to the grandeur of this home. Ten custom finished double mahogany doors lead to the pool and deck area, illuminating the space with natural light and merging the outdoor space and deck.

The pool is elevated and is accessed directly from the main floor kitchen and living area, so you can watch the kids in the pool. The easy access is perfect for preparing a meal indoors or in the outdoor kitchen. With plenty of seating, the deck is furnished with a Kingsley Bate dining table and 6 teak/mesh chaise loungers like those found in a 5-star hotel in Bali. Rockers on the covered front porch are perfect for those who want to escape the Charleston sun. The covered outdoor kitchen encompasses everything needed for entertaining, including a built-in Viking grill, refrigerator, sink, granite countertops, and sound system.

The spatial living area with its vast vaulted ceilings and white shiplap is perfect for a family gathering. Custom down-filled sectionals, seating surrounding a custom driftwood table and sound surround system provide an ideal interior lounging space for a large group.

The gourmet kitchen is specially designed for entertaining. The antique Swedish clock mounted on the towering kitchen wall indicates “It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere” because the party always ends up in the kitchen! With vaulted ceilings, a large marble bar with seating, and mahogany doors leading out to the pool. The space is equipped with Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolfe 6-burner gas stove, Wolfe oven and microwave, and 2 Bosch dishwashers, which makes cleaning up a breeze.

The dining area has a custom round dining table, which seats 10 and is perfect for celebration and conversation. There's even a breakfast nook that seats four and looks out to the pool deck for a cozy morning coffee. For your convenience, there's a fully equipped custom butler's pantry with a coffee station, wine cooler and ice maker.

This 6-bedroom home is perfect for multiple families, with 2 master suites, one on each floor, and laundry with washer and dryer on each floor.

The first-floor master suite with king bed opens directly to the pool area through double mahogany doors. The bath suite has custom tiled walk-in shower with multiple shower system, including massage and rain shower from the ceiling and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms are on the first floor, one with king bed and one with queen, each with ensuite custom bathrooms with designer tile and marble countertops.

The second floor has a second master bedroom with king bed. Double mahogany doors open to an upstairs deck area with fabulous ocean views and views overlooking the pool area. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower with multiple shower system, marble counters and double vanity. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor, one with queen bed and one with 2 twin beds, each with ensuite bathrooms.

The upstairs living area is perfect for children’s movie night. The area has 2 daybeds with trundle providing additional sleeping for 4.

There is an elevator from the garage to all floors for convenience.

Parking for 6 cars, 2 spaces within the garage, which also has a Tesla charging station.
