Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Smoking is Strictly Prohibited. A minimum $500.00 fine will be assessed if smoking in condo. Minimum Age of Renter is 25 years of age.About the Owner
Family of five currently living in Leesburg, Virginia in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area. Three boys ages 11, 9, and 8 years old. Our family has enjoyed IOP for the past several years and we spend 2-3 weeks per year in the condo.Location
