Elevator is largest residential size, handicap accessible and runs from garage to all 3 floors. Open concept kitchen and dining area with tall ceilings and views of the ocean, you may never leave. Just steps away from the Isle of Palms 'strip' for live music, shopping and dining.This house is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants/bars, and all that Isle of Pams has to offer.
BEACH GEAR: ** Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! LINENS/TOILETRIES: All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
PARKING: A maximum of 6 vehicles can be parked at this property.
ELEVATOR: Instructions for elevator use will be included in your electronic Guest Guide which will be texted to you 14 days prior to arrival.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
