Q:  How can I confirm my reservation?

A:  At booking, a 50% deposit is required and can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or check.  The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check in.  If you choose to mail us a check, please make sure that we receive your check on or before your balance due date.  Once your balance has been paid, you will receive all check in instructions via e-mail and text message.

 

Q:  Where do I mail my check payment?

Q:  What are your check-in procedures?

A:  Check-in is located directly at your vacation home.  No need to stop by the IOP Escapes office.  All of our units use a coded keypad for entry at your convenience.  Prior to your arrival, you will receive a code in your Welcome Guide link along with other important pre-arrival instructions. 

 

Q:  What time is check-in and check-out?

A:  Check in is at 4PM.  Early arrival is not available unless prior arrangements have been confirmed.

Check out is at 10AM.  Late departure is not available, unless prior arrangements have been confirmed.

Q:  What is the Cancellation Policy?

A:  Guest receives 100% refund if the cancellation occurs at least 60 days prior to arrival;  Guest receives 50% refund if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to arrival;  

If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Q:  Do I need travel insurance?

A:  We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance if there are concerns about the following:

We strongly encourage a policy that offers a Cancel for Any Reason policy. 

We offer many ways to purchase travel insurance.  When booking through www.iopescapes.com,  you will have the option to purchase a travel insurance policy at check out. Click this link for more information on travel insurance.

 

Q:  Can our pets join us on vacation?

A:  We have several properties that welcome your furry friends.  Please check with us directly to confirm whether or not your rental is pet friendly

 

Q:  Are any homes wheelchair accessible?

A:  YES.  Several homes and condominiums have elevator access.  Note the specific home details to determine if your rental property has elevator access.

 

Q:  How far away is the Charleston International Airport?

A:  The airport is an approximate 30 minute drive from Isle of Palms.

 

Q:  How far away is Historic Downtown Charleston?

A:  The Historic District is an approximate 30 minute drive from Isle of Palms.
