Designed for relaxed coastal living, The Blue House offers comfortable gathering spaces across two levels. On the main floor, the living room, dining area, and kitchen come together as the heart of the home, creating an inviting setting for mornings before the beach and laid-back evenings with family and friends.

A separate downstairs den with a large TV gives guests an additional place to unwind and adds welcome flexibility for multigenerational families or groups traveling together.

🍽️ Chef’s kitchen & dining

The updated main kitchen is well equipped for preparing everything from quick beach-day breakfasts to relaxed dinners at home. An adjacent dining area makes it easy for the group to gather together.

The downstairs guest suite also includes its own kitchenette, providing additional convenience and privacy for guests staying on the lower level.

Outdoor living is at the center of the experience at The Blue House. After a morning on the sand, return home to relax in the private swim spa, gather for drinks at the tiki bar, or prepare dinner on the propane grill.

The fenced backyard provides additional peace of mind for families traveling with an approved dog, while the front porch and swing offer a breezy spot for morning coffee or a quiet end to the day.

Best of all, the beach is just a few houses away, making it easy to move between the shoreline and your private island retreat.

Guests have private access to the home, fenced backyard, swim spa, outdoor entertaining areas, front porch, and downstairs guest suite.

A stacked washer and dryer is located on the lower level for guest use. The garage is not available to guests.

📍 Location

The Blue House places you close to many of the experiences that make Isle of Palms such a sought-after Charleston beach destination. The beach is just a short walk from the home, and the Isle of Palms Recreation Center is only a couple of blocks away, with playgrounds, tennis courts, pickleball courts, soccer fields, and additional recreation facilities.

Front Beach restaurants, shops, and entertainment are also nearby, allowing guests to enjoy convenient access to the island while returning home to a more relaxed residential setting.

For a change of scenery, historic downtown Charleston is an easy drive away for renowned dining, shopping, architecture, and sightseeing.

Traveling with a larger group? The Pink House, located directly next door at 3 25th Avenue, may be rented separately. Reserving both homes can be an excellent option for extended families or groups who want to stay close while retaining the privacy of separate residences. Availability is separate for each property.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
