Linens/Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries with toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked at this property.

Elevator - There is an ADA compliant elevator that services all floors of Oceanview condos.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The condo is absolutely no smoking! Certain breeds of dogs are allowed with non-refundable fee of $350.00. Cats are not allowed.

Owners live in Virginia. Frequent IOP with their families. If you need another condo/place to stay, we have a 3 bedroom just below this unit waiting for you.
