Linens/Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 6 vehicles can be parked at this property.

Elevators - For the convenience and comfort of all our guests, elevator access is reserved exclusively for those with mobility issues. We understand the importance of accessibility and strive to accommodate the needs of every individual. In order to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the elevator, an additional $500 security deposit will be charged for its use. This deposit will be promptly refunded at the end of the stay provided that no issues or damages are reported with the elevator. We value the safety and satisfaction of our guests and aim to provide a seamless experience during their stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
