A beautiful circular driveway leads to the home. Painted in Sherwin-Williams “Colors of Historic Charleston” Beach Flower palette, this location reflects Charleston’s worldly sophistication and Southern charm. These themes are seen continued throughout the house, and make sure your vacation is as relaxing and authentic as possible.

Once inside, an open floor plan allows a flow perfect for entertaining between the living room and the large chef’s kitchen. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating around the giant 75" flat-screen TV, creating the perfect space for family movie nights or get-togethers with all of your closest friends. The Beach Blessing also features a newly renovated and brand new gourmet chef’s kitchen and eat-in area, with a Wolf dual fuel gas range, a Sub-Zero fridge, a wine fridge, and an ultra quiet Bosch dishwasher. The inviting kitchen island offers wrap-around seating for six, and is the perfect place for breakfast before the beach or gathering around while cooking a family dinner. Also, located just off the kitchen, a barn door leads to a full bath and laundry room, conveniently located for use by all guests.

Down the hall, a spacious, relaxing, and comfortable owner’s retreat is found, complete with a large California King bed and an ensuite bathroom. The calming atmosphere throughout the home is carried into this space, making for the perfect getaway after long days by the sea. In the bathroom, double vanities accompany a large, marble, walk-in shower, creating a spa-like space that you won’t want to leave.

Also in this home, a second bedroom features a King sized bed, and provides the perfect space for other guests. This room shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom, a spacious and exciting room with four Twin XL beds, great for a children’s vacation oasis.

Outside the home, a relaxing screened-in gazebo awaits you. This space is the perfect spot to enjoy the soothing sound of the sea at night, or to relish in the sun’s warmth while enjoying a book during the day. A large fenced in yard is a great space for children to spend the evenings and features “The Playhouse,” an exciting little space where kids can spend some time just being kids.
